MICZEN Technologies is equipped with whole sets of advanced facilities: gold wire bonder, R&S debugging equipment, pulsed laser welder, high and low temperature tester etc.
Meanwhile, the micro packaging production line is also equipped, which is able to assemble, utilizing the Gold wire bonder to install the microwave and millimeter wave products in a class-10000 below clean room, to ensure the smooth progress of the production and the strict quality control.
